Family Fun with the Slagles

It was very nice of the Slagles to provide our Family Fun for the week. They invited us over — which, frankly, says a lot for them since they are one of the few families who dare to invite our “enormous” family over on a regular basis — for an evening of dining and games. One of the games we played was “To Bethlehem.” Now, we had been forewarned of the hilarity involved in this game, but until I had shaken hands with the “Mayor” of Bethlehem while wearing my own stinky socks on my hands, well, I guess I just hadn’t lived.

It was Family Fun, indeed.
