Fifteen minutes (well, more than fifteen minutes, usually) at a time, day in, day out, week in, week out, Joey has prepared the bakery building. This could not have been a “cram” session. It had to be accomplished bit by bit. And he did it with the family’s support. The big kids have done so much to help. They’ve done everything from carpet removal to equipment moving to creating artwork and testing recipes. It’s just so very much like how we keep chipping away at keeping the house out of CHAOS. We just have to keep plugging away and we need everyone’s help.
And tomorrow we open the bakery! Thank the Lord!
