Flylady and Summer Storms

Last night, we had a sudden hail storm right before bed. As soon as it started hailing, Joey went upstairs to shut the windows in the bedrooms. When he got to our room, he found that the wind had blown the screen off of the window and our room was full of hailstones and melting hail. Let’s just say, it was ALL very wet.

But, thanks to Flylady, I was able to easily grab several clean towels to mop up the water. Within minutes, I had our sheets all changed, as well as the crib sheets. Plus, because there was no dirty laundry backed up, it was easy for me to get everything washed, dried and put away again.

So, thanks, Flylady, for helping me minimize the impact of the mess of a summer storm.
