Flylady and This Month’s Pampering Habit

Pampering is something that I have to intentionally force myself to do. But, I am definitely seeing the benefits to the whole family when I do plan to take care of myself before I totally burn out taking care of everyone else. Apparently, Joey sees those benefits, too, because he insisted that I take the whole afternoon yesterday to do nothing. So, I did. Ahh….
